G-Fab offers services including equipment sourcing, equipment audits, installation and startups, and equipment valuations.

Novellus Service

GFab can offer installation support, process engineering, upgrades, corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance from our office located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  This service is available worldwide on a contractual or as-needed basis.

We offer full refurbishment services on the Novellus C1 and Novellus C2 systems as well as other models within the Novellus product line.

Watkins Johnson (WJ) Service

GFab offers full service including startup, process, upgrades, repair and preventative maintenance on all WJ models including WJ999R, WJ999TEOS, WJ1000H, WJ1000TEOS, WJ1500H and WJ1500TEOS with our field service group.  We repair heated boxes at economic rates and offer spare parts on a limited basis.

Parts Engineering and Design

Engineering staff has 25+ years in mechanical engineering experience, 28+ years in electrical, semiconductor, plasma physics, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics.

With our full CAD / CNC shop we can improve design and create after market solutions for those hard to find and expensive OEM parts.

We specialize in improving machine interface and tooling to improve throughput, reduce downtime and increase yield. This includes re-engineering consumables with more rugged materials to increase lifetime, engineering maintenance solutions to speedup tool setup and custom jigs and modifications to reduce wafer breakage, shifting, etc.

We have been providing solutions for US based fabs for many years and are ready to roll out our services to Asia, Europe, South America and other continents involved in high tech manufacturing.
